The agent of Porto defender Alvaro Pereira has admitted that the player is open to a move to a big European club if an offer comes in.
The Uruguayan international was close to joining Chelsea last summer before a deal fell through.
Pereira's agent told Antena 1: "We think everything will go well and that he can leave the club, but right now we do not have any concrete offer.
"Right now, he is 100% at Porto. Last year, there was a 98% chance of him leaving, but the remaining 2% prevailed.
"Therefore, if someone makes an offer, we will look at what is best for the player and the club."
Chelsea are in the market for a new right-back following the release of Jose Bosingwa at the end of last season, with Branislav Ivanovic currently Roberto Di Matteo's only option in that position.
