England midfielder Frank Lampard has expressed his pride at reaching 100 caps for his country during the draw in Ukraine on Tuesday.
The Chelsea man became only the eighth player in history to reach a century for the Three Lions as they drew 0-0 in Kiev in their World Cup qualifier.
The 35-year-old admitted that, despite it being a big night of personal achievement for him, he was focused on the task in hand.
"It was a special personal night for me," Lampard told Sky Sports News.
"It was a very tough game so I was trying to focus on the game alone, but when I look back 100 caps is a long road so I am pleased to get there."
Lampard made his England debut at the age of 25.
