Derby County and Charlton Athletic have played out an uneventful first half in their Championship clash this afternoon.
Charlton midfielder Johann Berg Gudmundsson had the game's first meaningful effort on goal as he cut inside from the wing and shot from 20 yards, but keeper Scott Carson was equal to it.
Derby offered little in the opening 20 minutes, but Chris Martin was presented with a decent chance as Tom Ince's low cross was blasted wide by the striker.
Derby midfielder Jeff Hendrick also went close with a low shot which trickled wide of the post, in what proved to be the last chance of the half.
