Darren Bent has urged the Derby County squad to "pull together" as they seek promotion to the Premier League.
The Rams currently sit third in the Championship, a point behind leaders Middlesbrough, and Bent believes that the battling spirit which saw them rescue a dramatic 3-3 draw at Rotherham United on Tuesday will be crucial in the final months of the season.
"You have to pick up points and it doesn't matter how you do it," he told the club's official website. "We didn't have our best night against Rotherham the other night, but we managed to come away with something.
"There is still a lot of games left to play, but we need to keep pick up as many positive results as possible and that is still the same message even if we come out of a game with a bad result.
"It's important to pull together. We have got two big home games coming up now and if we can get maximum points from the games with Sheffield Wednesday and Charlton Athletic then that will be another big marker that we would have laid down to the rest of the league."
Bent has netted six goals in seven appearances for Derby since joining on loan from Aston Villa in January.
