Derby County boss Steve McClaren and Nottingham Forest midfielder Henri Lansbury have been named Championship Manager of the Month and Player of the Month for November.
McClaren, who rejoined the Rams in October, guided the team to nine points from nine in November, which has helped them to ninth in the table, two points off the playoff area.
The former England boss, who was sacked by Derby 17 months ago following his first stint in charge, was given the award ahead of Steve Bruce, Jaap Stam and Owen Coyle.
"It's been a big team effort; this award is one for the rest of the staff and the players because they've done the work," McClaren told the club's official website.
"I've been very lucky to come back into a good situation here and inherit a really good squad and backroom team. Chris Powell, Kevin Phillips, Pascal Zuberbuhler, Steve Haines and the medical team have been fantastic and the players have bought into what we want to do. We got the rewards with the points we picked up in November."
Meanwhile, Lansbury has scooped the player award after playing an influential midfield role during an unbeaten run, which included one draw and two victories.
The former Arsenal player also nabbed his first ever hat-trick during Forest's 5-2 victory over Barnsley.
