Championship side Derby County have reportedly identified former Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa boss Tim Sherwood as their possible next long-term head coach.
The Rams are currently overseen by Darren Wassall, but his interim contract only lasts until the end of the season after he was promoted from academy director following the departure of Paul Clement.
Another former Spurs boss, Harry Redknapp, is currently football advisor at Derby and his presence could help the club land Sherwood, according to the Daily Mail.
Sherwood, 47, has been out of work since being sacked by Premier League strugglers Aston Villa last October.
Derby appear on course for at least a playoff finish in the Championship this season as they lie fifth in the standings with eight games to go.
