Struggling Dordrecht have succumbed to a 3-1 defeat to FC Utrecht in this afternoon's Eredivisie clash at the GN Bouw Stadion.
The visitors took the lead as early as the ninth minute when Ruud Boymans headed home past Filip Kurto following a dominant opening spell.
In the second half, Utrecht doubled their advantage when a cross hit Dordrecht player Josimar Lima and bobbled into his own net.
The hosts reduced the deficit when Rick ten Voorde, introduced as a substitute just a few minutes prior, poked the ball past Jeroen Verhoeven to give his side hope.
However, the away side had the final say when Yassine Ayoub scored with just four minutes left in the game to secure Utrecht all three points which see them climb to 10th in the table.
Dortrecht, meanwhile, are second from bottom, on five points from nine games played.
