The England players are reportedly calling for manager Roy Hodgson to stay on after his contract expires in the wake of Euro 2016.
The former Liverpool and Fulham coach found himself under pressure following the Three Lions' disastrous World Cup campaign, but his team are in favour of him entering a new deal, according to The Mirror.
"The players would all be delighted with that. We all enjoy working with him. He's a good guy, a good person to speak to," said Everton and England defender Leighton Baines.
"He's got a lot of knowledge about football, has had a lot of different jobs, worked in different countries. Us, as a bunch of players, would be really happy if he extended."
England have made a positive start to their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign, topping Group E with three wins out of three.
