New Burnley signing Andre Gray has revealed that he has set his sights on earning an England call-up during his time with the Clarets.
The 24-year-old moved to Turf Moor last week from Brentford for a reported £9m fee.
Now, the forward has claimed that he wants to follow in the footsteps of former Burnley hitmen who worked their way towards a call-up to the Three Lions squad.
"You've seen the former strikers here that have done it - Jay Rodriguez, Charlie Austin, Danny Ings," the Daily Star quotes Gray as saying.
"Hopefully I can be the next one. That's obviously a big ambition for me and hopefully I can do that while I'm playing for Burnley. I've always had that ambition since I was young."
Gray reportedly rejected Hull City and Bristol City to join Burnley.
