Only Jordan Pickford, John Stones and Ruben Loftus-Cheek remain from the team that started the 6-1 win over Panama, with Southgate shuffling his pack ahead of the round of 16.

Marcus Rashford is joined by Jamie Vardy in the final third of the field, while Eric Dier and Fabian Delph come into the middle of midfield.

As for Belgium, head coach Roberto Martinez has also made wholesale changes, with only Thibaut Courtois and Dedryck Boyata keeping their spots following the 5-2 win over Tunisia.

Former Manchester United attacker Adnan Januzaj joins Chelsea's Michy Batshuayi in the final third of the field, while Mousa Dembele and Marouane Fellaini come into the midfield.

The winner of the match in Kaliningrad will finish top of Group G.
