Everton captain Phil Neville believes that David Moyes's squad selection for the match with Cheltenham Town shows just how serious he is about winning the FA Cup.
The Toffees thrashed the League Two outfit 5-1 on Monday night, and will now travel to either Bolton Wanderers or Sunderland in the fourth round of the competition later this month.
The Scottish boss made just three changes from the team that beat Newcastle United in the Premier League on Saturday, and Neville feels that is a clear signal of intent from Moyes.
"He [Moyes] wants to win the FA Cup and I think that is a sign with the team he picked," Neville told ESPN.
"He could have rotated the team, we have a game a week until the end of the season, but I think he wanted to keep the momentum going.
"We are on a good run of form, good confidence."
