Everton boss Ronald Koeman has revealed that Romelu Lukaku will miss Tuesday's League Cup third-round match against Norwich City with a toe injury.
Lukaku, 23, has scored four times in his last two Premier League appearances for Everton, including their third in Saturday's 3-1 win over Middlesbrough at Goodison Park.
However, Koeman has said that the Belgian international will miss the cup match with a toe problem and as a result, Enner Valencia will come in for his first start after joining from West Ham United in the summer.
Everton have made an unbeaten start to the new Premier League season, with a total of 13 points from five matches leaving them in second position in the table.
