Former Chelsea and Arsenal winger Willian is reportedly set to sign for Fulham on a free transfer after leaving Corinthians earlier this month.

Willian is reportedly close to completing a return to the Premier League to sign for Fulham.

The Brazil international scored 63 goals and contributed 62 assists in 339 appearances for Chelsea before joining Arsenal for a season where he struggled to find his best form, netting only one goal in 37 games.

Willian left Arsenal to return to Corinthians, but he agreed to terminate his contract earlier this month because of social media abuse him and his family received from angry fans.

With the 34-year-old without a club, he has been training with Fulham where he is believed to have impressed Marco Silva in training.

According to the Daily Mail, Fulham are set to sign Willian on a free transfer and are hoping to complete the deal within the next 48 hours.

Despite receiving offers from a number of clubs across Europe, the winger is expected to join the London club. body check tags ::
