Genoa midfielder Marco Rigoni has said that he is fully focused on helping his side survive in Serie A after joining on deadline day.
Rigoni, who netted the winner against Lazio to move Genoa out of the bottom three, also said that the "conditions" are right at the club for the players to succeed.
"The league position is not easy, but I found a balanced environment and the conditions to do well," LegaSerieA.it quotes Rigoni as saying.
"Everyone, including the last signing in January, knows that to succeed the team must come first, whoever you play against.
"What matters is to reach the goal of survival. At that point, you will be able to draw conclusions and make other considerations."
Genoa are a point above 18-placed Pescara in Serie A.
