Guingamp have all but secured their status in Ligue 1 for next season after goals from Claudio Beauvue and Christophe Mandanne gave them a 2-0 win over struggling Reims.
The hosts tried to start on the front, with Jeremy Pied and Younousse Sankhare having early efforts blocked.
However, neither side were able to register a shot on target before half time and the first attempt on target did not come until the 58th minute when Reynald Lemaitre found Beauvue, only for the forward's low shot to be kept out by substitute keeper Kossi Agassa.
Beauvue did make amends for his miss just after the hour mark when Guingamp were awarded a penalty, which the 27-year-old frontman duly converted.
With a quarter of the game to go, Reims squandered the chance to equalise when David Ngog was unable to beat Jonas Lossl from Odair Fortes's cross.
Guingamp sealed victory in the fourth minute of injury time when Mandanne diverted Sankhare's cross beyond the reach of Agassa.
