Hoffenheim coach Markus Gisdol has admitted that he is hoping to catch Borussia Dortmund on a day that they are tired from their Champions League exploits.
Gisdol said that if his side manage to maintain their form from the last two games then they should be able to get a result against last year's runners-up.
"If we play like we have in recent games, we can definitely get a positive result," he told Bundesliga.com.
"The Marseille victory will have done them the world of good. The team will be in high spirits after that result, but the long trip may have taken its toll on them, both physically and mentally.
"It's all set for a fascinating contest. We're playing at home against fantastic opponents. We're determined to rise to the occasion."
Hoffenheim currently sit 11th in the Bundesliga.
