Hull City boss Steve Bruce has revealed that he was disappointed by his side's 2-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.
The Tigers went down to strikes from Daniel Agger and Luis Suarez as they fell to their ninth loss of the season.
Bruce told BBC Sport: "It's a disappointing result. It was a difficult afternoon for us. It isn't the easiest of places to come and towards the end we had a lot of tired bodies out there. We stuck at it and conceded from two set pieces.
"Our season is never defined in places like this. It was very comfortable for Liverpool because we didn't have the energy. They were better than us on the day."
Hull are 10th in the Premier League following their loss at Anfield.
