Hull City manager Steve Bruce has said that his players did not do enough to beat Crystal Palace this afternoon.
With the match heading for a 0-0 draw, the Eagles had Yannick Bolasie sent off but then raced up the other end to win the match with a goal from Barry Bannan.
Hull failed to fashion many clear-cut chances throughout the 90 minutes, and Bruce believes that his team are lacking goals.
"We're disappointed in the way we played. We just didn't create enough," Bruce said to BBC Sport. "The longer it went on you could see they were getting more confident.
"It's difficult at our level to find someone who can score the goals you need but we have to get back to finding a way to get results."
Hull are 13th after their first home defeat of the season.
