Hull City have reportedly been granted an extension to sign Newcastle United forward Hatem Ben Arfa.
The Tigers failed to wrap up the deal within tonight's 11pm deadline, prompting questions as to whether or not the move can be completed.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Hull boss Steve Bruce has been afforded a little more time to sign the 27-year-old, whose price tag is not yet known.
Ben Arfa's proposed move is just one of several high-profile deals that could be completed after the transfer window officially closed.
Arsenal and Manchester United could also yet complete their signings of Danny Welbeck and Radamel Falcao respectively.
