Hull City striker Sone Aluko has insisted that he will continue to fight for a place in Nigeria's World Cup squad until the final game of the season.
Aluko has only recently returned to action after four months on the sidelines, but after playing 90 minutes against Brighton & Hove Albion on Monday evening, the former Birmingham City attacker has revealed that he is out to impress national coach Stephen Keshi.
The 25-year-old is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "I believe that I have a chance of making the World Cup squad, even though I have been out of the squad for a long time.
"Until the 'Big Boss' (Stephen Keshi) decides the team, then many players will believe that they still have a chance, and I'm no different. We all want to be in Brazil.
"There's enough time and matches, which hopefully should be enough to break into the Super Eagles team again."
Aluko's one goal in the Premier League this season came against Newcastle United in September.
