Parma have come from behind to take a 1-1 draw into the break of their Serie A clash against Inter Milan this afternoon.
Xherdan Shaqiri had Inter's first attempt of the match, but his low strike from just inside the box was comfortably held by the keeper.
The hosts were struggling to create any clear-cut chances, but they broke the deadlock in the 25th minute when Fredy Guarin's shot took a deflection off Jose Mauri and left Antonio Mirante with no chance.
Parma responded well to falling behind and Andrea Costa saw his long-range free kick touched over the bar by Samir Handanovic.
The visitors were then rewarded for their efforts as with a minute of the first half remaining Andi Lila met Silvestre Varela's cross and planted a header into the top corner to level the scores.
