Inter Milan could be looking to prepare a bid for Rubin Kazan's Salomon Rondon as they seek to bolster their striking options in January.
The Express reveals that Rondon has admitted that he would be prepared to take a pay cut in order to force through a move to a leading European club.
However, it is thought that Inter may have to sell in order to finance the move that would help coach Walter Mazzarri strengthen his side's attacking threat as they go in search of the Serie A title this season.
Inter are not the only club thought to be interested in the Venezuelan frontman, with reports linking Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund to the player.
