Jose Mourinho has reportedly agreed to hold talks with Inter Milan regarding a potential return to San Siro.

Mourinho won Serie A and the Champions League with Inter before leaving for Real Madrid, and it appears that the Portuguese could have a second spell in Italy.

According to The Mirror, Mourinho was due to have discussions with Inter officials on Thursday ahead of potentially replacing Luciano Spalletti at the end of the season.

Inter currently sit in third place in the Serie A standings, but the team failed to qualify for the last 16 of the Champions League and remain in a fight to qualify for next season's competition.

Mourinho has been out of work since parting company with Manchester United in December.
