Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri has said that he is "proud" of the way his team have started the Serie A season following their 1-1 draw with Juventus.
Wins over and Catania mean that the Nerazzurri are now unbeaten in their three games and sit second in the table.
New signing Mauro Icardi gave them the lead at the San Siro last night, but Arturo Vidal struck three minutes later to see the teams end level after 90 minutes.
"I was interested in seeing this Inter," Mazzarri told Sky Sport Italia. "We had done very well against Genoa and Catania, but with all due respect they are not Juventus and I wanted to see how we'd approach this game.
"You could see we were a little tense in the first half, but the lads gave me an important response and I am proud of how they are playing at this stage of the year.
"After the break we even pushed for the victory, which is a big leap in such a short space of time together."
Inter face Sassuolo next Sunday.
