Inter Milan have announced that manager Luciano Spalletti has signed a new three-year contract.
Spalletti was appointed as the new boss of the Nerazzurri last summer, and the Italian giants were able to secure qualification for this season's Champions League with fourth place in Serie A.
Inter have been busy in the transfer market ahead of the new campaign, and the club have now moved to show their commitment to keeping Spalletti in the dugout.
The 59-year-old said: "I want to thank the Zhang family and the company for giving me the opportunity to sign this extension. The commitment to continue fighting together for the good of this very important club has never been questioned.
"We immediately had a relationship of respect and mutual trust and our daily work has increased the awareness that we dream of the same things for this shirt, for our supporters."
Inter face Sassuolo in their opening game of the season on Sunday.
