Bartosz Bialkowski has confirmed that he has turned down offers, believed to be from clubs in China, for his services.
The Polish goalkeeper recently revealed to an outlet in his homeland that he had started contract negotiations with his current club Ipswich Town.
Bialkowski has now added that those talks are "really close" to reaching a successful conclusion, despite the supposed interest from the Far East.
"I'm really close to signing a new contract here and I'm very happy about that," he told the East Anglian Daily Times.
"It's a great place to be and I'm looking forward to staying here for a longer period.
"I've had phone calls asking if I would be interested in something else but I'm not. I've not looked at anything else but staying here."
The 28-year-old's current deal at Portman Road is due to expire at the end of the season.
