Italy coach Antonio Conte has dismissed reports claiming that he is ready to walk away from the job.
The former Juventus manager has won five and drawn one of his six matches in charge following his appointment in the summer.
Conte's future was recently questioned after he hit out at a perceived lack of support by clubs and fans alike, but the 45-year-old insists that he is committed to the Azzurri.
"I took on a job with people that enthusiastically wanted me and with the Italy fans," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"This job gives me such a responsibility that although the speculation is part of football, I rule out [resigning]."
Conte won 20 caps as a player for Italy before his retirement in 2004.
