Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri has conceded that his side were deservedly beaten away at Parma last night.
Financially-stricken Parma went into the game rooted to the bottom of the table, but they overcame the leaders 1-0 thanks to a second-half strike from Jose Mauri.
Speaking after the final whistle, Allegri hit out at the way that his players performed at the Stadio Ennio Tardini.
"We didn't win a tackle out there and that tells you a great deal about the spirit Parma played with," he told the club's official website.
"They put in a decent performance, while we were slow and allowed them three or four breaks due to our errors in the second half.
"We didn't take the game to them. Our first-half performance was average and we did nothing after the break, deserving to lose."
Roma now have the chance to cut Juve's lead at the top to 11 points if they beat Torino later today.
