Roma winger Gervinho believes that victory over Juventus in tomorrow's Serie A clash could "change" his team's season.
Roma are yet to lose in the current campaign, but still trail Juve by five points in Serie A.
However, Gervinho has said his side have "all the elements" to defeat the Serie A champions.
"We're talking about a battle for first place and to beat Juventus means getting close to the top," the 26-year-old told La Stampa. "Whether it's Arsenal-Manchester United or Juve-Roma, it is still a game that, if you win, can change the season.
"We are aware of how well organised Juventus are, but if we look at Roma's players, the number of internationals and the coach, then we have all the elements needed to believe in more.
"My job is to help the fans feel content when they get their post-match beer."
Gervinho joined Roma in August from Arsenal and has scored four goals in 13 league games so far this season.
