Juventus have identified three striking options that they are exploring before the transfer window slams shut on Friday.
The club's general manager Beppe Marotta has revealed that no move will be forthcoming for Barcelona star David Villa, but announced that Edinson Cavani, Fernando Llorente and Edin Dzeko are at the top their transfer wishlist.
"I can rule out any interest or negotiations for David Villa," he said Mundo Deportivo. "He is a great player, but not the type we are looking for and nobody has talked with our permission with his agent or Barcelona.
"We want a striker in the style of Edinson Cavani or Llorente, who are our primary targets along with Edin Dzeko."
The Serie A champions won their opening match of the season 2-0 against Parma.
