New Juventus signing Mario Lemina has claimed that he has "some things in common" with former Old Lady midfielder Arturo Vidal.
The 22-year-old joined Juve on a season-long loan from Marseille in the latter stages of the transfer window, with the Italians having the option to make the deal permanent next summer.
When asked on whether he was comparable to Vidal, who left Juve for Bayern Munich this summer, the Frenchman admitted that there were some similarities.
"I think we have some things in common. We both like to defend, but we also like to get forward. I don't know if I can do what he did, Vidal is still Vidal, he's a great player," he told reporters.
"But I hope with the experience I can get here at Juventus that I can reach his level."
Lemina, who has one French Under-21 cap to his name, joined Marseille from Lorient in 2013.
