Paul Pogba has admitted that he still 'loves' his former club Manchester United, despite being offloaded by Sir Alex Ferguson back in 2012.
The 21-year-old, who was was described as 'disrespectful' by Ferguson, joined Juventus on a free transfer three years ago and has gone on to become a top talent in Serie A.
However, questions have been raised over the midfielder's long-term future after his agent Mino Raiola claimed that Pogba could leave the Turin-based club.
While reflecting on his time at United in an interview with FourFourTwo magazine, Pogba said: "The coach (Ferguson) had faith in me but didn't put me on. He said that I was too young.
"He said 'your time will come' but it never did. It didn't come, but it does not mean I will speak ill of Manchester United. I love the club."
Real Madrid are rumoured to be interested in the midfielder.
