Steven Gerrard is expected to make his debut for MLS side Los Angeles Galaxy on July 11.
The 34-year-old is due to move to the United States this summer after he closed his 17-year Liverpool career with a disappointing 6-1 defeat to Stoke City last Sunday.
LA Galaxy manager Bruce Arena has pencilled in Gerrard's debut for July 11, which will be at home against Mexico's Club America in the International Champions Cup.
"We expect him here before July 11," Arena told the club's official website. "He'll get some training in and by the time that he's eligible to play, he'll be ready to go."
Gerrard is currently with his Liverpool teammates on a mini-break in Dubai.
