Lazio and Fenerbahce have both failed to find the net in the first half of their Europa League quarter-final second leg in Italy.
Fenerbahce will be the team to progress if the score remains the same following their 2-0 win in Turkey last week.
Despite a solid start from the visitors, Lazio nearly took the lead in the 15th minute when Hernanes's opportunistic long-range effort forced a save from the recovering Volkan Demirel.
The hosts were on the attack again midway through the half, but Antonio Candreva's ambitious volley flew over the crossbar.
Lazio's best chance came towards the end of the half as Ederson's shot was kept out from close range by Demirel.
