Goals from Senad Lulic and Felipe Anderson helped Lazio overcome Torino 3-0 at the Stadio Olimpico this evening.
Bosnian midfielder Lulic had given Lazio the lead five minutes before half time after his shot just crept under Daniele Padelli following Miroslav Klose's knockdown.
Felipe Anderson then grabbed two goals to put the game beyond doubt.
Both teams looked to test each other from early on and it was a close encounter until Lulic's goal.
After that, Lulic almost added a second after receiving a similar knockdown from Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, while a penalty was waved away before Anderson's first crisp goal.
Torino threatened to score late on but Lazio held firm and Felipe Anderson killed off the game in the 90th minute with a cool finish.
Lazio now move up to third in Serie A while Torino sit in seventh.
