Doncaster Rovers are on course for a rare away victory in the Championship having taken a 2-0 lead against Leeds United.
The visitors went ahead with 23 minutes on the clock through David Cotterill, who found the back of the net with his effort from just inside the box to give Donny a 1-0 lead.
Leeds looked to pull one back, and they nearly did so when Ross McCormack delivered a dangerous free kick across the six-yard box, but none of his teammates could get on the end of it.
On the brink of half time Billy Sharp doubled Rovers' lead, finishing off a fine passing move from Paul Dickov's side.
