Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino has revealed that he is on the verge of appointing a new head coach.
It appears that Neil Redfearn's days at Elland Road are now numbered, despite him guiding the Yorkshire side away from the Championship relegation zone during his time in charge and earning the widespread support of the Leeds fans.
Former Sunderland and Brighton & Hove Albion boss Gus Poyet has been linked with the job.
When asked about the identity of the new coach, Cellino told The Mirror: "I can't say who.
"This new coach is angry – and he wants revenge. Just like me."
Redfearn was Leeds's third boss last season, following the sackings of Dave Hockaday and Darko Milanic.
