The Player and Manager of the Month for November in the Championship have been revealed as Leeds United striker Ross McCormack and Brighton & Hove Albion boss Oscar Garcia.
McCormack was in supreme form in front of goal as he scored seven of Leeds's eight goals in three straight victories to start the month, becoming the division's top scorer.
The highlight was a memorable four-goal haul in the away win at Charlton.
He was chosen ahead of Lloyd Dyer, Tomasz Kuszczak and Andre Wisdom of Leicester City, Brighton and Derby County respectively.
Garcia, meanwhile, takes the manager's accolade for guiding Brighton to an unbeaten month where they achieved 10 points out of a possible 12.
The 11th month began with victory over Doncaster Rovers before further successes over Blackburn Rovers and Wigan Athletic were followed by Saturday's draw at Bournemouth.
Despite Tuesday night's defeat to lowly Barnsley to begin December, Garcia's Seagulls are still in the top half and within three points of the playoff places.
The Spaniard beat off other nominees Dougie Freedman, Brian McDermott and Nigel Pearson to win the award.
