Leeds United manager Brian McDermott has admitted that he has "no indication" of what the future may hold for him at the club.
Prospective Leeds owner Massimo Cellino is scheduled to meet McDermott for the first time on Wednesday after instructing a lawyer to dismiss the manager recently, before the former Reading boss was told that he would not be leaving his role yet.
"The meeting is planned for Wednesday and I am desperate for it to be sorted. I have no indication of what the future holds for me," McDermott told reporters.
"It's been difficult to concentrate on the football. As a football man you want to concentrate on football matters, as anyone would want to do. I have had great support from the football fraternity."
Leeds were beaten 1-0 by Brighton & Hove Albion on Tuesday night.
