Brian McDermott has admitted that he is under pressure after his Leeds United side suffered another defeat in the Championship on Tuesday night.
Leeds proved to be no match for Watford, who eased to a 3-0 victory at Vicarage Road, and McDermott concedes that his future may be in doubt following reports that Massimo Cellino had completed a deal to buy the club.
"Of course I'm under pressure - results suggest that," McDermott told reporters. "It depends who wants to be here next season because this guy's got a lot of clout and he'll have watched that tonight and been bitterly disappointed as well.
"I'm not in a strong position now because of the results we've had over a period of time.
"I met him before the game. We just talked about football, he's not looking to give me any assurances. I wouldn't expect any."
Leeds have lost eight of their previous nine games in the Championship.
