Cardiff City have leapfrogged Leeds United at the top of the Championship table courtesy of a 3-1 win at the Cardiff City Stadium.
The Bluebirds took the lead in the 28th minute after Mateusz Klich clumsily lost possession in his own half and the hosts worked the ball to Kenneth Zohore, who rifled past Felix Wiedwald from inside the box.
Cardiff then doubled their advantage in the 37th minute as they worked the ball to Junior Hoilett, who unleashed a 20-yard effort that whistled into the far corner of the Leeds net.
The visitors then had captain Liam Cooper sent off on the stroke of half time after he dived in on Nathaniel Mendez-Laing on the left flank.
Neil Warnock's charges went on to add a killer third midway through the second half as Zohore tapped in after some crisp build-up play.
Thomas Christiansen's charges pulled a goal back via Kemar Roofe, but it proved little more than a consolation in the end as Cardiff coasted to a fourth win from five home league games this season.
