Leeds United finished their summer pre-season tour with a 2-1 defeat to Hoffenheim in Norway this afternoon.
Uwe Rosler's side were behind in Lillestrom after less than two minutes when Mark Uth beat Marco Silvestri with a powerful strike from distance.
Chris Wood went close to an equaliser for Leeds soon after, while Uth also threatened a second for Hoffenheim when his curling effort grazed the crossbar.
It was Leeds who scored the second goal of the match, though, when summer signing Tom Adeyemi, on his first start of pre-season, swept home from close range.
After half time Hoffenheim looked more threatening, and their pressure told midway through the second period when Steven Zuber tucked home.
Mirco Antenucci went closest to a second equaliser for the Whites, but they couldn't peg the German side back and now return home ahead of next Saturday's friendly with Everton.
