Leeds United extended their winning streak to three games with a thrilling win at Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield Town this afternoon.
The hosts went ahead on 12 minutes when Chris Atkinson ghosted into the Leeds penalty area before curling the ball beyond Paddy Kenny from a narrow angle.
Michael Tonge levelled the scores with a 25-yard strike on 35 minutes and Leeds were ahead just two minutes later when Luciano Becchio found the net from equally long range.
Former Leeds midfielder Adam Clayton squared the game again two minutes before half time with a confident penalty kick, after Becchio had brought down Anthony Gerrard.
Leeds were much the better side in the second period and they went back ahead on 70 minutes when Ryan Hall found David Norris, who slammed home from 13 yards.
The visitors sealed victory four minutes from time, Hall crossing for Becchio, who headed home to double his tally for the day.
