Alex Pritchard's neat finish has given Brentford a hard-fought win over Leeds United at Elland Road this afternoon.
Leeds had the first chance of the match as Charlie Taylor's cross found the head of striker Steve Morison, but his header was saved low down by David Button.
The visitors will feel that they should have taken the lead on 19 minutes as Andre Gray broke clear of the Leeds defence, but he shot straight at goalkeeper Marco Silvestri.
Midfielder Jota was then guilty on repeating the same offence as Gray as he could not beat Silvestri when he was through on goal.
After a quiet start to the second half, Brentford finally found a breakthrough as Pritchard slotted home Toumani Diagouraga's cross at the back post.
Brentford almost killed the game off when substitute Jon Toral hit the post, before Billy Sharp's shot went inches wide for the hosts as they chased an equaliser in vein.
