Burnley have reached an agreement with Leeds United over a fee for Charlie Taylor's move to Turf Moor.
Taylor joined the Clarets in a four-year deal earlier this month following the expiration of his contract, but a fee for the move was due to be decided by a tribunal.
However, a tribunal will no longer be necessary after the two clubs came to an agreement for an undisclosed sum regarding the 23-year-old.
Leeds would have been due compensation over the deal to take the full-back to Burnley as Taylor is under the age of 24 and had been offered a new deal by the club.
Taylor leaves Leeds having made over 100 appearances for the first team across all competitions, scoring three goals.
