West Bromwich Albion are reportedly targeting Derby County striker Matej Vydra.
The Baggies face the prospect of reshuffling their first-team squad after relegation from the Premier League, but the West Midlands outfit appear intent on making at least one major addition this summer.
According to the Yorkshire Post, West Brom have decided to rival Leeds United for Vydra, who could potentially cost as much as £10m.
Vydra topped the Championship goalscoring charts last season with 21 strikes, but Derby must make cutbacks this summer and are allegedly prepared to cash in on their star man.
The Czech Republic international - who has two years remaining on his contract - could potentially opt to bide his time in the hope of securing a transfer to the top flight.
