Legia Warsaw have written to Celtic requesting a one-off rematch to decide who should partake in the Champions League playoff round.
The Hoops were comprehensively beaten 6-1 on aggregate by the Polish outfit last week, but Ronny Delia's side were reinstated to the competition because Legia fielded an ineligible player in the second leg.
Celtic were drawn to face Maribor in the playoff round, although the Polish champions do not consider the matter to be over.
"I call you to act according to the spirit of the game and rules of fair play – to issue a joint statement to the Uefa disciplinary bodies. Let's meet in Warsaw or in Glasgow and let's settle this matter honourably," Legia co-owner Dariusz Mioduski said in an open letter.
Celtic have yet to comment on the matter.
