Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson has accepted his Football Association charge for allegedly using abusive language towards a supporter.
The 51-year-old exchanged heated words with a fan during Leicester's 3-1 defeat to Liverpool at the King Power Stadium on December 2.
Pearson, who has requested a personal hearing, refused to issue an apology following the incident.
Leicester are back in Premier League action on Saturday when they face West Ham United at Upton Park.
The Foxes are currently five points adrift of safety at the bottom of the table thanks to an 11-game winless run.
