Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson has insisted that his side deserved their 3-1 win over Hull City on Sunday.
David Nugent's first hat-trick of his career at the King Power Stadium gave the Foxes their fourth victory out of four at home this season.
"It was a deserved win today. We were the better side in both halves," Pearson told the club's official website.
"We dominated the second half territorially and I thought we looked dangerous so it was a good win."
Sunday's victory has seen Leicester move up to seventh in the Championship table.
