Leyton Orient have eased into a 2-0 half time lead over Crewe Alexandra at the Matchroom Stadium in League One today.
The hosts, vying for their fourth straight win in England's third tier, got off to the perfect start, courtesy of a seventh-minute Moses Odubajo strike.
The 20-year-old was on hand to slot beyond Crewe goalkeeper Alan Martin following a neat pass from Dean Cox.
Russell Slade's men should have doubled their advantage from the penalty spot on the half-hour mark after Chuks Aneke fouled Kevin Lisbie in the area. However, the veteran striker fluffed his lines from 12 yards and fired wide of the target.
The London-based outfit were shortly handed an opportunity to make amends after being awarded another penalty. Lisbie, though, declined the opportunity to repent for his earlier miss, as David Mooney shouldered the responsibility and smashed home his team's second eight minutes from the interval.
